Biography

Mr. Kurt Kelsey is employed by American Excelsior Company - Earth Science Division - Arlington, TX, as the Division Director.  Mr. Kelsey has a Bachelor of Science degree in Water Resources with an emphasis in Watershed Science and a minor in Soil Science from the University of Wisconsin - Stevens Point and a Masters of Science in Natural Resources with an emphasis in Soil and Water Science from the University of Wisconsin – Stevens Point.  Mr. Kelsey is CPESC and CPSWQ certified.  He has worked on numerous erosion and sediment control projects and has authored and co-authored a plethora of papers and articles related to the field.  He is an active member of ASTM where he serves on the D18 Executive Committee and he is Chairman of the D18.25 Committee on Erosion and Sediment Control Technology.  Mr. Kelsey is active with the International Erosion Control Association (IECA) where he serves on their Erosion and Sediment Control Educational Track.  Mr. Kelsey is the industry liaison to the National Transportation Product Evaluation Program (NTPEP) Technical Committee on Erosion Control Products and Sediment Retention Devices.  Mr. Kelsey is currently serving as Chairman of the Erosion Control Technology Council (ECTC).

With 30  years split between manufacturing/quality and manufacturing sales, Daniel has been active in Industry markets and trade associations.  As a member of the Geosynthetics Material Association executive council since 2014, he has worked to further the understanding and benefits of geosynthetics in civil and environmental infrastructure to federal and state officials. He is currently serving as the chair of the geotextile focus group within GMA.

Upon joining WINFAB in Sales and Technical support in 2019, he joined ECTC and has worked on the technical committee.  Active with ASTM D18 and D35, he is excited to support the ECTC and an industry dedicated to Erosion and Sediment Control.  Daniel is a proud graduate of The Citadel in 1991 and holds a BS degree in Business Administration.

Biography

As Distribution Sales Manager of LSC Environmental Products, LLC, Brian Foster is at the forefront of the company's product reach and uses as well as business-strategy implementation – providing customer satisfaction and education on cost-effective environmental products that improve the industry and meet the needs of a quickly evolving market. Brian Foster previously held this role for Terra Novo. Terra Novo was purchased by
LSC Environmental Products, LLC. In prior employment, he worked as the advertising director for The Bakersfield Californian, a 100-year-old family-owned daily newspaper. Brian also worked previously representing some great California wineries to San Diego area restaurants and resorts. He attended San Diego State University, enjoys golf, fishing and cooking. He currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Erosion Control Technology Council and belongs to the International Erosion Control Association.
