Diane Hitt is the President of East Coast Erosion Control and has been with the company since its inception. She has played an integral role in the development of the company and new product designs. Diane is the erosion control industry liaison for the NTPEP program and holds the position of Chairman for the Erosion Control Technology Council. She currently serves as a member on the IECA Event Planning and Finance Committees. She is an active member of the ASTM, ECTC and IECA. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Albright College.

Jerry has been employed by the American Excelsior Co. since 1993. Since 2001 he has been the Director of the Earth Science Division of the company. The American Excelsior Co is the oldest established manufacturer dedicated to the proper application of erosion and sediment control products in the U.S. and Internationally. Jerry is active in the International Erosion Control Association (IECA), and currently is the Vice Chairman of the Erosion Control Technology Council (ECTC). Jerry has dedicated his career in the erosion and sediment control industry, bringing about a better understanding of the need to create a better balance between erosion and sediment control systems on construction sites.

Tim Lancaster, Senior Regional Manager with Tensar North American Green, has been involved in the erosion control industry for more than 25 years. With a BS degree in Natural Resources and Environmental Science from Purdue University, Tim joined North American Green in 1989 as Manager of Technical Services, leading the company's product testing program and development of the industry's first erosion control materials design software for commercial products. As Technical Manager and later in his career as Director of Technology, Tim invested NAG's composite reinforcement mat and flexible transition mat technology, the patented designs protecting the company's TRM and transition mat product lines. Tim has also served as President of North American Green, leading the company's overall technical, marketing, manufacturing and sales teams. Today, as Senior Regional Manager, he manages all technical sales and business aspects throughout Tensar North American Green's nine state Midwest region. As chairman of ECTC for the past seven years, Tim works with the Board of Directors to establish and accomplish the organization's initiatives and goals.
