By certifying that a product is "Performance Verified" under the QDORTM Program, the Erosion Control Technology Council (ECTC) confirms that product performance data has been submitted and reviewed by the ECTC QDORTM Technical Committee. This review ensures that testing was conducted pursuant to state-of-the-practice protocols and the Industry thresholds of performance. The "QDORTM Performance Verified" designation is not intended to replace consultation with erosion control industry professionals and/or product manufacturers, and in no way verifies that a product will perform to a certain level in actual field applications. Further, because a product's performance in the field may be affected by multiple factors, including proper installation, neither the QDORTM Brand nor the ECTC makes any representations or warranties of any kind or nature, whether express or implied, created by law, contract or otherwise, including, without limitation, any representations or warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
