The Erosion Control Technology Council (ECTC) manages the QDOR^TM (Quality Data Oversight and Review) program. QDOR^TM raises the bar for performance testing of rolled erosion control products (RECPs) that meet the stringent requirements spelled out in the QDOR^TM Guidance Manual. The data presented is based upon index testing from AASHTO-NTPEP program and large-scale performance data, specifically ASTM D 6459 and ASTM D6460. The program is designed to assist government agencies, engineers, specifiers and inspectors use rolled erosion control products effectively in their erosion control and stormwater projects. Contact Us
