| Biography Tim Lancaster, with previous experience as a reclamation technician for Peabody Coal Company and research technician at the USDA Soil Erosion Research Laboratory at Purdue University, joined North American Green in 1989 as Manager of Technical Services. As Technical Manager, Tim developed the company's erosion control materials design software. He also invented NAG's composite reinforcement mat technology, the patented design protecting the company's TRM product line. In 1997, Tim was appointed Vice President to assist in the direction and management of all aspects of the company's business. Today, as President of North American Green, he provides corporate leadership and direction in all aspects of the business. As chairman of ECTC for the past three years, Tim works with the Board of Directors to establish and accomplish the organization's initiatives and goals.

| Biography Tony Johnson is employed by American Excelsior Company - Arlington, TX, as the General Manager of the Rice Lake, Wisconsin Manufacturing Operation. Tony has a Bachelor of Science degree in Reclamation from the University of Wisconsin – Platteville and a Masters of Engineering from the University of Wisconsin – Platteville. Tony joined AEC 1996 and has held various positions in the company, including; Environmental Manager, ErosionLab Manager, National Research Director, and Director of ErosionLab. He has work experience with the Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources, and the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) Natural Resource Conservation Service (NRCS) on erosion control, streambank stabilization, and soil survey projects. He has developed, authored, and co-authored various testing standards and papers related to erosion control. He is an active member of ASTM, the Erosion Control Technology Council (ECTC), and the International Erosion Control Association (IECA).

| Biography Brad is employed by Mat, Inc. and has been involved with Research and Development in RECP’s, HECP’s since the early 90's.. Brad's main focus has been developing and introducing HECP’s to the market place by working with Erosion and Sediment Control Distributors, Department of Transportations and other public entities. As a Directing Member and the Chairperson for the HECP Technical sub-committee, Brad is dedicated to creating technical information and specifications for better public awareness of HECP’s as well as other erosion control products.

| Biography Since 1995 Mark has been involved in the erosion and sediment control industry first through his erosion control contracting company and now as owner of erosioncontrolblanket.com. As Directing Member and ECTC treasurer, Marks passion is to insure the best education in erosion and sediment control is available to all who desires and requires this information. As a member of the ECTC Marketing committee, Mark has worked on the team to develop the video “How to Install RECP’s” and is currently working on other such videos for Engineers and Inspectors.

The
Erosion Control Technology Council (ECTC) is
a non-profit organization. Its mission is to develop performance
standards, uniform testing procedures, and guidance on the application
and installation of rolled erosion control products ( RECPs ), hydraulic
erosion control products (HECPs) and sediment retention fiber rolls
(SRFRs). The ECTC promotes the use of erosion control mats and blankets
through industry leadership and education in the hope of making a
broad contribution to the science of erosion control and environmental
preservation.
