ECTC Announces Shoreline CADD Drawings available online!

The Erosion Control Technology Council (ECTC) has updated their quick-reference section on their website for the Installation of Rolled Erosion Control Products (RECPs). The section created in May of 2007 entitled “RECP Installation for Slope and Channel PDF and DWG AutoCADD Drawings,” has expanded to now include Shoreline CAD drawings in both PDF and DWG format. It was created for engineers and designers to use during the development of their project specifications.

ECTC releases AutoCADD drawings online for implementation in RECP design specifications

The Erosion Control Technology Council (ECTC) has created a quick-reference section on their website for the Installation of Rolled Erosion Control Products (RECPs). ECTC Creates Educational RECP Installation DVD

The Erosion Control Technology Council (ECTC) has produced an educational DVD on the proper installation of rolled erosion control products (RECPs). The DVD, which includes sections on installation of RECPs in channels, slopes and shorelines, is one initiative in the ECTC's drive for education and standardization within this growing industry.

The Erosion Control Technology Council (ECTC) is a non-profit organization. Its mission is to develop performance standards, uniform testing procedures, and guidance on the application and installation of rolled erosion control products ( RECPs ), hydraulic erosion control products (HECPs) and sediment retention fiber rolls (SRFRs). The ECTC promotes the use of erosion control mats and blankets through industry leadership and education in the hope of making a broad contribution to the science of erosion control and environmental preservation.
